\nPainting: Customers are required not to be in the same area and/or room that is in the process of being painted and/or patched unless otherwise arranged by the painter, authorized manager, and or owner(s) of Your city Haul On-Call. \n
\nTree Service: Customers shall not be in the work area while servicing tree(s). All Your city haul on-call managers, owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any damages to anything buried (sprinkler system, internet lines, etc).
\nTransport & Removal services: Any items or products to be removed and/or transported may not be removed or transported by any other third-party person(s) once services have been agreed upon with Your city Haul On-Call managers, and/or owners. Any item or items agreed to be removed by Your city haul on-call constitute a mandate whereby customers waive ownership of those items. Any items placed in Your city haul on-call company vehicles, trailers, and/or equipment may NOT be removed by any third-party person(s) or customers unless authorized by Your city haul on-call managers, and/or owners. With such authorization, customers waive the right to hold Your city haul on-call managers, owners, and or any affiliates liable for any injuries that occur on any of Your city haul on-call properties.

Any service completed will be considered overdue NET ten (10) business days after the service date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or orally by authorized Managers, and or owners of Your city haul on-call.

Any overdue balance is subject to a ten percent (10%) late fee applied to the overall balance each month, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or orally.
